I had of the bad weather during my holidays, what is the process for sunshine guarantee HAKUNA MATATA?
It is not necessary to indicate to ADAR that you had bad weather. You will receive automatically your 100-€ check at home because METEO FRANCE has already warned us of this bad weather.
Who determines the period of sunshine?
Metnext, a subsidiary of Meteo France calculates the indication of period of sunshine from meteorological data resulting from the satellite Météosat 2. The sunshine duration of every place of rent is then passed on by Meteo France.
Which destinations are concerned by Sunshine guarantee HAKUNA MATATA?
All the rents in METROPOLITAN FRANCE can benefit from the guarantee SUN HAKUNA MATATA.
What are the standards of sunny day?
A day is considered "sunny" if Metnext was able to register consecutive 2 hours of full sun or not between 10 am and 6 pm.
Metnext defines a day of " full sun " if the place is exposed to the (cloudless) direct sun and\or if it is necessary to wear sunglasses.
May I benefit from the guarantee sun HAKUNA MATATA, whatever is the duration of my stay?
The tenant has to take advantage of at least 3 days of sun for a stay from 7 to 13 days (the stays of less than 7 days are not flatware by the sunshine guarantee HAKUNA MATATA)
Of at least 6 days of sun for any stay from 14 to 20 (inclusive) days
Of at least 9 days of sun for any stay from 21 to 27 (inclusive) days
And so on, by adding 3 days of sun, by edge of 7 days.

There are several people going on the trip, do we have to take out insurance for each person or is it calculated on the rent?
The insurance for this is calculated on the total amount of the rental. The others participants have to be mentioned on the formulary.
There are several families going on the trip. If one of the families cancels, what happens?
If the rental concerns several families, each one is covered for their share. The rental is not cancelled in this case; the insurance indemnity concerns the mathematical share of the family in question.
Am I covered if I break the living room table on the accommodation?
Yes, in a limit of 2 500 euros, with a deductible of 75 euros.
In the event of cancellation, is my down payment covered?
Yes, if the down payment has been paid to the owner.
And if I have paid the entire amount?
We will reimburse you for all amounts paid to the owner.
Does the insurance cover personal items?

Yes, Adar covers ascendants and descendants in the first degree, as well as sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brothers or sisters.
In the case of one natural disaster, as eruption of a volcano, am I covered in case of cancellation?
No, Cancellations related to meteorological reasons, limitations on airbone traffic will not be considered by Adar.
